Zusammenfassung

Es handelt sich um eine gutartige, subakut verlaufende, meist suppurative, abakterielle, regionale Lymphadenitis, die sich nach Inokulation des Erregers in die Haut mit Entwicklung eines Primärherdes lymphogen entwickelt. Als Krankheitseinheit wurde sie durch eine spezifische Hautreaktion mit Antigen aus Lymphknoteneiter nach Art des Freitestes bei Lymphogranuloma inguinale abgegrenzt [4, 12, 21, 22, 23]. In der Folgezeit hat man kutane, glanduläre, okuläre, pseudovenerische, tonsilläre, mesenteriale, pulmonale und meningoenzephalitische Formen der Katzenkratzkrankheit beschrieben.
