Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel stellen wir eine Software-Architektur vor, die eine aufgabenbezogene Benutzerführung in virtuellen Gebäuden erlaubt. Diese Benutzerführung wird durch Agenten ermöglicht, mit denen der Benutzer einen kommandoorientierten Dialog führen kann und die hierzu eine anwendungsneutrale Toolbox, den Hyper-Renderer, verwenden. Als Fallstudie erläutern wir einen prototypischen Erkundungsagenten, der dem Benutzer den Weg von einer Stelle in einem Gebäude zu einer anderen zeigt. Hierbei navigiert der Benutzer selbst, wobei der Agent geeignete Hinweisschilder generiert. Im Ausblick werden weitere aufgabenorientierte Agententypen, die sich zur Zeit in der Implementierungsphase befinden, vorgestellt.
