The Laws of Finite Groups
We start with some simple remarks on the finite groups of a locally finite variety, that will serve as a reminder of facts and notations introduced early on. As every variety is generated by its finitely generated groups, a locally finite variety is generated by its finite groups. By 15.73, a finite group of such a variety is a factor of a finite direct product of finite groups taken from some generating set of the variety.
