Beispielhaft werden anhand eines Falles schwere Hornhautschäden nach exzessivem Tragen von HEMA-Linsen dokumentiert. Auf Kausalzusammenhänge und prophylaktische Maßnahmen wird hingewiesen.
Summary
Severe corneal lesions as acquired by excessive wearing of HEMA-lenses are demonstrated by one exemplary case. Casuality and prophylaxis are shown.
