Zusammenfassung
Hochauflösende Reflexions-und Streulichtmessungen am Augenvorder- und -hintergrund werden vorgestellt. Die über ein Vidikon bzw. Photomultiplier erhaltenen Meßdaten werden in einem Prozeßrechner analysiert und auf einem Bildschirm dargestellt. Von besonderem Interesse sind dabei Parameter zur Beschreibung von Hornhautkrümmung, Vorderkammer und Linse, sowie von Nervenfasern und Gefäßen auf dem Augenhintergrund.
Summary
High resolution reflectivity and scattering measurements of the fore- and background of the eye are performed. The obtained data are presented on a colour display. They are analysed in order to support the diagnostics of the cornea, the anterior chamber, and the lens as well as the nerve fiber layer and the vessels in the retina.
