Ovarialkarzinome zeichnen sich durch ihre Polyklonalität, d. h. die Heterogenität und Polymorphie ihres Gewebes, aus. Wir haben deshalb die Simultanbestimmung zweier vollkommen verschiedener Tumormarker, des CA 12-5 und der SRA, durchgeführt.
