Zusammenfassung

Das Bronchialkarzinom (BC) ist eine häufige Neoplasie mit schlechter Prognose. Spezifische und hochsensible Tumormarker sind daher von besonderer Wichtigkeit. Für das kleinzellige BC (SCBC) verspricht die neuronspezifische Enolase, diese Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Zur Beurteilung des nicht-kleinzelligen BC (NSCBC) werden neben Proteohormonen die unspezifischen Marker CEA und TPA benutzt.
