Zusammenfassung

Die primär-syphilitische Lymphangitis bei Sitz des Schankers in der weiblichen Genitalregion ist wesentlich seltener als beim männlichen Geschlecht. Bergh fand sie nur bei 5 von 1260 Prostituierten, Weissenbach u. Fernet berichten in diesem Zusammenhang von einer 35jährigen Frau mit einem Primäraffekt am Perinaeum und einer daraus resultierenden Adenopathie der rechten Leistenbeuge, bestehend aus einem bogenförmig ausgezogenen Drüsenbubo. Von hier zieht sich ein indurierter, leicht prominenter, unter dem Tegument noch eben palpabler Strang zur Schankerzone, der in seiner Breite variiert. Sowohl die Seroreaktionen als auch die Dmelcos-Intradermoreaktion waren stark positiv. Durch negativen Ausfall zweier Auto-Inoculationen wurde eine Infektion mit dem Ducrey-Bacillus ausgeschlossen. Die spezifische Behandlung bewirkte eine Überhäutung des Schankers, während der Lymphstrang noch persistierte. Clement Simon weist auf die Disproportion zwischen palpablem Lymphstrang und der Leistendrüsenschwellung hin, die manchmal unbedeutend sein oder in einzelnen Fällen vollständig fehlen kann.
