Zusammenfassung

Die Seltenheit von Uterussarkomen und die gleichzeitig große Anzahl histologischer Untergruppen unterschiedlicher Malignitätsgrade erschwert exakte Angaben über das Vorkommen, ein standardisiertes therapeutisches Vorgehen und Angaben bezüglich der Prognose dieser Geschwülste (Heberling et al. 1978).
