Zusammenfassung

Die Funktion des Magens ist ungemein mannigfaltig (Tabelle 59). Bekanntlich bewahrt er die Speisen nicht nur eine Zeitlang auf und gibt sie dann zerkleinert ins Duodenum weiter, er sezerniert auch Pepsin, SalzsƤure und Gastrin.
