Zusammenfassung
Der Titel der folgenden Ausführungen enthält zwei scheinbar völlig verschiedene Aspekte der Physiologie des Zentralnervensystems. Einmal kann die Betonung auf „emotional“ liegen, d. h. wir hätten uns mit den zentralnervösen Mechanismen emotionalen Verhaltens auseinanderzusetzen, und zum anderen auf „Kreislauf “, dann müßten wir uns denjenigen Strukturen des ZNS zuwenden, welche einen Einfluß auf das cardiovaskuläre System ausüben. Beide zentralnervöse Strukturen, die für die Kreislaufregulation und diejenigen, welche für die Ausbildung emotionalen Verhaltens verantwortlich sind, sind aber eng miteinander verknüpft, wie bereits von Cannon (1929) betont wurde. Im vorangegangenen Referat von Zanchetti wurde außerdem bereits ausführlich auf diese Zusammenhänge eingegangen. Man kann also feststellen, daß das klassische ,,KreislaufZentrum“ in der Medulla oblongata von verschiedenen „höheren Anteilen des ZNS“, wie sie zunächst einmal pauschal genannt werden sollen, beeinflußt werden kann.
