Zusammenfassung

Trichterbrustträger haben in einem hohen Prozentsatz der Fälle abnorme Ekg [QRS-Komplexsplitterungen, inkompletter Rechtsschenkelblock, Kammerendkomplexveränderungen, abnorme P-Zackengestalt, Rhythmusstörungen (4, 8, 13, 4,15, 17)]. Abb. la zeigt als Beispiel ein Ekg bei ausgeprägter Tricherbrust. Ins Auge fällt besonders der inkomplette Rechtsschenkelblock in Ableitung V 1.
