Gegenstände meines Vortrage sind 1. der hohe Blutdruck, 2. die außerordentliche Frequenz der Essentiellen Hypertonie und des Hirnschlages der Neger in USA und Westindien und 3. die hohe Frequenz des Hirnschlages der Japaner, die jene aller übrigen Völker außer den nordamerikanischen Negern bei weitem übertrifft.
