Zusammenfassung

Das Syndrom der akuten Defibrinierung im Rahmen einer generalisierten Verbrauchskoagulopathie bei Chorionamnionitis ist gekennzeichnet durch eine komplexe Störung der Hämostase, verbunden mit einem akut auftretenden Verlust an intravasalem Fibrinogen. Charakteristisches morphologisches Äquivalent der komplexen Hämostasestörung ist die hämorrhagische Diathese.
