Die Splenoportographie als röntgenologische Untersuchungsmethode in der Leberdiagnostik

Zusammenfassung

Die percutane Splenoportographie, die nach tierexperimentellen Untersuchungen der italienischen Autoren Abeatici und Campi im Jahre 1951 von Léger und von Boulvin et coli, nahezu gleichzeitig erstmalig beim Menschen durchgeführt wurde, stellt einen bedeutenden Fortschritt der röntgenologischen Leberdiagnostik dar. Mit Hilfe der Kontrastmittelanfärbung ist die portale Strombahn der Röntgenuntersuchung zugänglich gemacht, und darüber hinaus ist damit ein Einblick in die Struktur der Leber möglich geworden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich jetzt Art und Sitz der extrahepatischen Strombahnhindernisse erfassen und ihre Folgezustände beobachten. Dadurch kann präoperativ eine Entscheidung über die Möglichkeit und die Art einer Shunt-Operation getroffen werden. Im Vergleich zur intraoperativen Portographie wird bei der percutanen Splenoportographie auch der lienale Schenkel des portalen Kreislaufes erfaßt.
