Zusammenfassung

Unter einer „klinischen Diagnose” versteht man die Zuordnung eines Begriffs oder eines Satzes von Begriffen zu beobachtbaren Normabweichungen. Dies geschieht aus der Sicht des Diagnostikers mit der Absicht, sich selbst und anderen soweit wie möglich über die Ätiologie, die augenblickliche Manifestation und die Prognose des Patienten Aufschluß zu geben.
