Zusammenfassung

Bevorich Sie mit den Problemen verschiedener ImpfstofTarten und Immunisierungsverfahren bekannt mache, möchte ich kurz auf die Besonderheiten der Masern-Epidemiologie und Immunologie sowie auf das Risiko der natürlichen Infektion eingehen. Diese Faktoren müssen bei der Entscheidung über die Zweckmäßigkeit einer aktiven Masernprophylaxe berücksichtigt werden.

Die experimentellen und serologischen Untersuchungen wurden mit Unterstützung der Deutschen Vereinigung zur Bekämpfung der Kinderlähmung e.V. Düsseldorf unter Mitarbeit von Christine Spakler-Walther und Rita Nien-Hüser durchgeführt.
