Zusammenfassung

Beim Studium nichtbakterieller Erreger von Erkrankungen der Atemwege ziehen häufig zwei Erreger die Aufmerksamkeit der Mikrobiologen, Epidemiologen und Kliniker auf sich: das RS-Virus und das sogenannte Eaton-Agens, heute unter der Bezeichnung Mycoplasma pneumoniae bekannt.
