Zusammenfassung
Der Unterlidersatz wird häufig dann als schwierig angesehen, wenn er nasal erfolgen muß und der Defekt groß ist. Man kann diese Aufgabe dann zwar durch seitliche Verschiebetechniken lösen, solche Verschiebungen müssen in der Regel aber recht umfangreich sein. Andererseits kann man den Defekt auch durch freie Transplantate schließen, wovor aber nicht wenige Operateure zurückscheuen, weil sie Einheilungsschwierigkeiten fürchten.
