Zusammenfassung

Im allgemeinen wird der interregionalen Verteilung der Einkommen in der nationalen Sozialpolitik kein gesonderter Platz eingeräumt. Es scheint vielmehr von vornherein angenommen zu werden, daß die interregionale Verteilung bei der Gestaltung der interpersonalen Verteilung ausreichend berücksichtigt werde. Maßnahmen zugunsten von Notstandsgebieten, zugunsten von Grenzlandgebieten, Maßnahmen zugunsten einzelner wirtschaftlicher Bereiche, einzelner Wirtschaftszweige werden zumeist nicht als spezifisch sozialpolitische Aufgaben betrachtet. Sie werden eher als wirtschaftspolitische, wenn nicht als produktionspolitische Aufgaben angesehen. Im Rahmen der Sozialpolitik erscheint der interregionale Ausgleich daher vornehmlich als eine internationale Aufgabe.
