Zusammenfassung

Assoziationen verschiedener erblich bedingter Keratinisationsstörungen der Handteller und Sohlen mit Krankheiten innerer Organe werden beschrieben. Morphologisch wird zwischen erblich bedingten Palmoplantarkeratosen (PPK) und Akroerythrokeratodermien (AEK) unterschieden. Assoziationen und Erbgang werden jeweils kurz geschildert.

Summary

Associations of inherited disorders of keratinization of the palms and soles with various diseases of internal organs are discussed. The author distinguishes between inherited palmoplantar keratoses (PPK) and acroerythrokeratodermias (AEK). The various associations as well as their modes of inheritance are briefly described.
