Zusammenfassung

Während bei einem Rotatorenmanschettenschaden oder auch einer instabi­len Schulter entsprechend den Ausführungen der beiden Vorreferenten der Zusammenhang zwischen Unfallereignis und Körperschaden häufig nicht zweifelsfrei nachzuweisen ist, besteht diese Kausalitätsproblematik bei den Frakturen des Schultergürtels in aller Regel nicht. Die Begutachtung bei diesen Verletzungen konzentriert sich somit weniger auf die Analyse von Unfallmechanismus und Vorschaden als auf die aktuell festzustellende Funktionsbeeinträchtigung.
