Abstract
SUN is a UV and Visible Space Interferometer dedicated to high resolution Solar Atmospheric Physics. It has been proposed for flight on the Space Station as part of the SIMURIS Mission which is currently undergoing an Assessment Study at ESA. This contribution briefly presents the aims and current design status of the proposed investigation.
