Abstract
The recent progress in understanding of viral transformation of cells in vitro and in vivo offers new avenues in the search for the viral etiology of human cancer. A few brief comments on some areas that were not included in the program of the conference, but which may be of importance for the human disease, seem to be in order.
Supported in part by research grant CA-04600 from the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, United States Public Health Service.
