Zusammenfassung

Als nordische Länder werden zusammengefaßt die skandinavischen Staaten Dänemark, Norwegen, Schweden und Finnland, und außerdem das Inselreich Island. Der einheitlichen geographischen Lage, wie auch des dichten Kontaktes wegen unter den Bevölkerungen der vier erstgenannten Länder, ist das Bedürfnis entstanden, hier gewisse Probleme, u. a. auch viele medizinisch-hygienische Fragen, von einem vereinigten Standpunkt aus zu behandeln.
