Zusammenfassung

Der therapeutische Effekt antianginös wirkender Pharmaka beruht nach bisherigen Untersuchungen auf einer Reduzierung des hämodynamisch bestimmten myokardialen Sauerstoffbedarfs. In einer vergleichenden Untersuchung sollte geprüft werden, inwieweit die Senkung des myokardialen Sauerstoffverbrauches auf die medikamentös bedingte Verminderung des systolischen arteriellen Druckes als einer das afterload wesentlich bestimmenden und am einfachsten zugänglichen Meßgrößen zu beziehen ist.
