Zusammenfassung

Die aus dem linksventrikulären Cineangiogramm bestimmbaren Auswurfgrößen Ejektionsfraktion und mittlere zirkumferentielle Faserverkürzungsgeschwindigkeit dürfen heute als hinreichend genaue und empfindliche Parameter zur Beurteilung der Pumpfunktion des linken Ventrikels bei der koronaren Herzerkrankung herangezogen werden (3, 5). Wir haben deshalb neben der angiographischen Kontrolle der Transplantate mit Hilfe dieser Parameter überprüft, inwieweit die direkte Myokardrevaskularisation die Pumpfunktion des linken Ventrikels in Ruhe verändert.
