Zusammenfassung

Hochgradige Koronararterienstenosen können zu regionalen Einschränkungen der Ventrikelwandbewegung führen. Nitrate bewirken in einem Teil der asynergen Wandbezirke eine Verbesserung des Kontraktionsausmaßes. Welche Beziehung zwischen solchen Kontraktionsverbesserungen und der regionalen Myokarddurchblutung (RMD) in entsprechenden Myokardarealen besteht, sollte durch simultane Messungen von RMD und regionaler Ventrikelwandbewegung geklärt werden.
