Zusammenfassung

Die Besonderheit der Anatomie des linken Ventrikels liegt in der „funktionellen“ Gestaltung von Einfluß- und Ausflußtrakt in Abhängigkeit vom Herzcyclus, indem die Topographie der linken Kammer in Systole und Diastole wesentlich durch die Änderung der Position des vorderen resp. aortalen Mitraisegels geprägt wird. So wird in Diastole der linke Ventrikel durch Orientierung des aortalen Mitralsegels gegen vorne zur Spitze hin mehrheitlich in einen kegelförmigen Einflußtrakt umgewandelt, wobei die Basis des Kegels durch den nach hinten rechts und leicht gegen oben orientierten Mitralring gebildet wird, während die Kegelspitze durch den Apex und seine Seitenwände durch das vordere sowie das murale Mitralsegel, die posterobasalen Abschnitte des linken Ventrikels sowie das Kammerseptum und die Vorderresp. Lateralwand des linken Ventrikels repräsentiert werden (Abb. 84).
