Zusammenfassung

Es ist kaum möglich, in 15 Minuten die Therapie maligner Lidtumoren aus der heutigen Sicht des Chirurgen zu skizzieren. Wir müssen hinsichtlich vieler Einzelheiten auf unser Referat bei der EFA 1975 [24] verweisen und können auch neuere Resultate des Schrifttums [1–6, 9,10,13–15,26,13–15,26,27,33,38,40,41] nur schlagwortartig zusammenfassen. Wir wollen dann einen Blick auf die aktuellen Techniken der rekonstruktiven Tumorplastik werfen [7, 11, 12, 16, 17, 21–25, 28–30, 34–37, 39], und schließlich versuchen, zum heutigen Stand der therapeutischen Diskussion Stellung zu nehmen.
