Abstract

In the preceding section we have, as far as possible, rounded off our investigation in compliance with the framework of study which we outlined at the beginning of this monograph. We want now in conclusion to try briefly to give once more a general review of the investigations and their results in order to make even more clear how the individual details and structures we have revealed fit into the overall context.
