Nachdem Herr Professor Holtzer Ihnen die embryologischen Aspekte der Chondrogenese und Myogenese an in vitro- undin vivo- Systemen, bei Amphibien und beim Hühnchen erläutert hat, möchte ich Ihnen über ein rein biochemisches Teilproblem der Chondrogenese, nämlich die Isolierung eines chondrogenen Faktors berichten.
