Zusammenfassung

Die Immunhämatologie hat ihre geschichtlichen Vorläufer in Entdeckungen, die bereits 1907–09 Widal sowie Chauffard machen konnten. Diesen Autoren gelang im Rahmen klinischer Beobachtungen bei gewissen Formen der erworbenen hämolytischen Anämie erstmals der Nachweis eines hämolysierenden Serumfaktors, der im Sinne eines Immunisierungseffektes gedeutet wurde.
