Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff Immunohämatologie sind in den jüngsten Jahren Erkrankungen des Blutes zusammengefaßt worden, die das erythro-, leuko- und thrombozytäre System betreffen. Sie sind durch bestimmte serologische Phänomene charakterisiert. Es lassen sich im Serum solcher Kranker Faktoren nachweisen, die eine Agglutination, Lyse oder Phagozytose in den genannten Zellsystemen bewirken. Gewisse serologische Eigenschaften dieser Substanzen machen wahrscheinlich, daß es sich um Antikörper handelt. Dabei wird ihnen als besondere Reaktionseigenschaft die Fähigkeit zugeschrieben, mit körpereigenen Zellen in Reaktion zu treten. Diese Gruppe von Antikörpern wird deshalb als Autoantikörper bezeichnet.
