Quantitative Immunpräcipitation zur Bestimmung einzelner Plasmaproteine

Zusammenfassung

Die Entwicklung der wichtigsten in den letzten 20 Jahren eingeführten Methoden zum Plasmaprotein-Nachweis zeigt, daß von der Methode der Papierelektrophorese ausgehend mit der Stärkegel1- und Polyacrylamidgel-Elektrophorese2, 3 eine sehr viel weitergehende Differenzierung der Plasmaproteine ermöglicht wird. Die quantitative Auswertung der beiden zuletzt genannten Techniken gestaltet sich allerdings recht schwierig. Noch problematischer wird der Versuch einer quantitativen Auswertung der Immunoelektrophorese die aber gegenüber den anderen Methoden erkennen läßt, daß man durch die Mit Verwendung der Antigen-Antikörper-Reaktion mit weniger Protein eine stärkere Differenzierung des Plasmaeiweißbildes bekommt. Mit guten Anti-Humanseren können heute bei der immunoelektrophoretischen Analyse von Serum 20–30 Einzelproteine dargestellt werden.
