Zusammenfassung

Der Einfluß von Mitral- und Aortenklappeninsuffizienz auf den Koronarkreislauf ist ein sehr interessantes Problem, das wir zunächst mehr vom klinischen, dann vom pathophysiologischen Standpunkt aus betrachten wollen. Für die klinische Betrachtung soll uns dabei die Angina pectoris als Leit-syndrom dienen, weil sie ein klinisch faßbares Zeichen einer unzureichenden koronaren Zirkulation und Sauerstoffversorgung ist.
