Summary
Today, the ability of data-processing systems to store and evaluate data is nearly unlimited. Of course, the accompanying problem is data collection, which must coincise with routine hospital practice. Consequently, evaluation and treatments should be documented for each individual disease or subgroup. In daily hospital practice exhaustive data collection is usually impossible.
