Zusammenfassung
Während der Behandlung mit Arzneien entwickeln sich oft Hautausschläge, welche im ätiologischen Zusammenhang mit diesen Medikamenten stehen. Diese Exantheme sind nicht selten die einzig sichtbare, unerwünschte Nebenwirkung der medikamentösen Behandlung. In vielen Fällen gehen sie noch parallel mit ähnlichen Nebenerscheinungen an anderen Organen. Ein solches Nebenerscheinungssyndrom kann beispielsweise auf der Haut durch ein urticarielles Exanthem manifest werden, wobei der Magen-Darmtractus mit Brechdurchfall, der Respirationstractus mit einer Rhinitis vasomotorica und Asthma bronchiale reagieren. Gleichzeitig kann im hämopoetischen System ein Leukocytensturz oder eine Thrombocytopenie ablaufen. Unter Umständen entwickelt sich, gleichzeitig mit der Urticaria, ein akuter Schock.
