Dans le déterminisme de la biosynthèse d’un enzyme, il faut distinguer des facteurs non spécifiques, agissant sur des réactions communes à toutes les protéines, et des facteurs spécifiques qui agissent électivement sur la formation d’un enzyme ou système enzymatique donné. C’est seulement de ce déterminisme spécifique qu’il sera question ici.
