Zusammenfassung
Der erste Herzton beginnt in dei präisometrischen Phase und erstreckt sich his in die Druckanstiegszeit der Ventrikel. Er besteht unter normalen Verhältnissen aus 3 bis 12 Schwingungen mit einem Frequenzgehalt von 20 bis 150 Hz und einer Gesamtdauer von 0,08–0,16 sec.
