Zusammenfassung

Die Besprechung der Befunde an den rein dargestellten Lipoiden hat an die Problematik der Markscheidenfärbungen herangeführt. Nach den Ausführungen von Baker sollen mit dem sauren Hämateintest Phosphorlipoide erfaßt werden. Schon auf Grund unserer Ergebnisse an dem in diese Gruppe gehörenden Sphingo-myelinpräparat aus dem Klenkschen Institut können wir diesen Befund nicht bestätigen. Während das cholinphosphorsäurehaltige Sphingomyelin negativ reagiert, färben sich die phosphorfreien Ganglioside positiv an. Cerebroside sind wiederum negativ. Um diese Diskrepanz aufzuklären, ist es notwendig, auf die Darstellungen der Markscheiden näher einzugehen, die, nach Smith-Dietrich, nach Spielmeyer oder nach Weigert, alle auf dem Prinzip einer Hämatoxylinfärbung nach Beizung beruhen. Wir verfügen über folgende Befunde mit diesen Methoden.
