Zusammenfassung
Anders als die meisten übrigen Organe entwickelt sich die Nebennierenrinde (NNR) nicht in einem kontinuierlichen evolutionären Prozeß, sondern macht im Laufe des Lebens mehrmals einen Funktionswandel durch. Bei der Darstellung der verschiedenen biologischen Phasen soll uns als Leitfaden der morphologische Befund dienen, dessen Veränderungen den Wechsel in der Funktion deutlich anzeigen.
