Zusammenfassung

Aus der Existenz von zwei Schilddrüsenhormonen ergeben sich Fragen nach biologischen Unterschieden und Beziehungen zwischen ihnen. Tierexperimentelle Untersuchungen, in denen wir mit Hilfe der Radio Jodmarkierungstechnik das Verhältnis von 131J-Thyroxin/131J-Trijodthyronin in Schilddrüse und Plasma bestimmten (3), veranlaßten uns zu folgenden Schlüssen:

    Das Verhältnis von 131J-Thyroxin/131J-Trijodthyronin ist TSH-abhängig.

  2. 2

    Es kann sich mit steigendem TSH-Spiegel zugunsten des Trijodthyronins verschieben.
