Zusammenfassung

Gestagene und Oestrogene werden kombiniert als sog. Ovulationshemmer in zunehmendem Maße verabreicht. Die Diskussion über mögliche Nebenwirkungen ist im Gange (1). So berichteten Gershberg u. Mitarb. über die diabetogene Wirkung eines sog. Ovulationshemmers (2). Die breite Anwendung dieser Hormontherapie fordert zur Nachprüfung dieser Untersuchungsbefunde mit bewährten und spezifischen Methoden auf.
