Zusammenfassung
Über die Steroidausscheidung im Harn bei Kindern mit idiopathischer isosexueller Pubertas praecox (i. P. p.) liegen in der Literatur nur wenige Untersuchungen vor. In verschiedenen Fällen lag die Gesamtausscheidung an 17-Ketosteroiden nur wenig oberhalb des dem Alter der Kinder entsprechenden Normbereiches (Thamdrup, 1961). Durch Fraktionierung der 17-Ketosteroide fanden Lelong et al. (1954) sowie Beas et al. (1962) bei i. P. p. ein gegenüber der Norm verändertes Steroidmuster mit vermehrter Ausscheidung von Androsteron. Es schien somit die quantitative Bestimmung einzelner Steroidmetaboliten bei i. P. p. genauere Aussagen über pathologische Veränderungen im Steroidstoffwechsel zu liefern als Gresamtbestimmungen.
