Zusammenfassung

Fett wird im Organismus im wesentlichen als Triglyceride eingelagert, in einer Form, in der es jeder Zeit wieder mobilisiert werden kann. Unter dem Begriff der Lipolyse versteht man eine durch ein bestimmtes Enzymsystem induzierte Hydrolyse dieser Triglyceridester in der Zelle, wobei Fettsäuren (NFS) und Glycerin (G) in die Blutbahn bzw. das umgebende Medium abgegeben werden.

Eigene Untersuchungen wurden durch die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft unterstützt.
