Zusammenfassung

Die Frage nach einem Filtrationsvorgang in der Niere bei der Harnbereitung ist an einen ausreichenden intrarenalen Filtrationsdruck geknüpft. Die treibende Kraft, die aus der die Niere in großem Ausmaß durchfließenden Blutmenge ein Produkt abpreßt, müßte in Form des Blutdrucks am Ort dieses Vorgangs verfügbar sein für ein Geschehen physikalischer Art, das den Harn aus der Stammflüssigkeit, dem Blut, entspringen läßt. Und in der Tat steht unter den Bedingungen für die Harnbereitung nach übereinstimmenden Ergebnissen vielfältiger Versuche der Blutdruck obenan.
