Zusammenfassung
In Zeiten des Wohlstandes ist Gewohnheit der Hauptfaktor in der Wahl der Nahrungsmittel. Wenn diese knapp sind, wie es oft in Kriegszeiten der Fall ist, wird eine richtige und angemessene Kontrolle notwendig, wenn eine Nation ihre Gesundheit und Stärke — oder vielleicht nur das Leben — erhalten will.
