Zusammenfassung

Eine gesteigerte Aktivität der Nebennierenrinde bei diabetischer Ketoacidose ist von mehreren Autoren angenommen worden. McArthur u. Mitarb. sowie Stowers fanden im Harn bei Menschen und Hunden vermehrt frei reduzierende Corticoide. Die Erhöhung der Corticoidausscheidung begann bereits bei leichter Acidose und nahm mit der Schwere der Acidose zu.
