Summary

The necessary conditions for accepting a diagnosis of impulse-noise-induced hearing loss are presented. Also discussed is the question of the reduction in earning capacity caused by such hearing loss, including the interrelation with losses that already existed before the acoustic trauma concerned.

Es werden die Voraussetzungen aufgezeigt, unter denen eine knalltraumatisch bedingte Hörstörung anzunehmen ist. Die Frage der durch die Schwerhörigkeit bedingten Erwerbsminderung wird u.a. auch im Zusammenhang mit einem schon vor dem akustischen Trauma vorhandenen Hörschaden diskutiert.
